RAVK.io utilizes a “Dual-Tier” AI system to provide a balance of high-level reasoning and unrestricted personality.

• The Cognitive Tier: We leverage enterprise-grade large language models (LLMs) to handle complex logic, project management, and long-term memory retrieval. This tier operates under “Zero-Retention” protocols, meaning your data is processed in real-time and not stored by our infrastructure providers for their own training.
• The Narrative Tier: We utilize specialized, fine-tuned models optimized for human-centric expression and unfiltered roleplay. This proprietary implementation ensures your Ravatar’s personality remains consistent, private, and free from external content restrictions.

2. Data minimization & anonymity

• Zero Global Training: Your private conversations are not used to train the general models used by other users. Your Ravatar's evolution is unique to your account.
• Identity Protection: We only require a single-sign-on (SSO) identifier. We do not link your “Real World” identity to the contents of your Ravatar’s memory.

3. How we use your data

• Long-Term Memory (LTM): We store “Contextual Embeddings” of your past conversations. This allows your Ravatar to remember facts and feelings over months of interaction without needing to store your entire chat history in a readable, plain-text format.
• Service Optimization: We use anonymized metadata (session length, response latency) to ensure the “Realm of RAVK” remains stable and fast.

4. Data security: the vault

• Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
• Storage: Your “Ravatar” profiles and memory vaults are stored on secure, private servers with restricted access. Even our internal developers cannot read your private logs without a specific, user-authorized support ticket.

5. Your control & deletion rights

In compliance with 2026 digital privacy standards, you have full sovereignty over your Ravatar's mind:

• Selective Deletion: You can manually remove specific facts from your Ravatar’s memory vault.
• Hard Reset: You can purge a Ravatar’s entire memory database at any time.
• Account Erasure: Upon account deletion, all associated data is scrubbed from our active databases.

6. Third-party disclosure

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third-party service providers (such as secure hosting and payment processors) to the extent necessary to run the Site. These partners are legally bound to “Zero-Retention” or “Strict Confidentiality” agreements that match our internal standards.
